Friends Asking Friends

Sponsor a Village Bank with your friends and family on-line, track your progress together, and support families in need. Friends Asking Friends makes it easy for individuals, families and communities to build their own anti-poverty campaigns. Offering a unique bridge between fundraising, civic action and social networking, it helps like-minded people raise contributions through virtual fundraising teams. You will provide much-needed loan capital for the world's lowest-income and hardest working entrepreneurs. With funds for a Village Bank you will help people around the world create jobs, send their children to school, build assets and improve their standard of living.

FINCA takes many precautions to protect the information of visitors to villagebanking.org. Information submitted is protected both online and off-line. When our forms ask visitors to enter sensitive information (such as credit card account numbers), this information is encrypted. Security is also a top priority for our Web hosting service provider Kintera which has implemented stringent security measures, detailed in the Kintera privacy policy, to protect the data of visitors to our site. In addition, FINCA makes every good faith effort to protect visitor information off-line. All of our visitors' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
